Return & Refunds

We at Lozanaa ensure the highest quality for our products, and due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once the seal is broken. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at customercare@lozanaa.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds:

Refunds are only processed if you cancel your order before it has been shipped. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
