Shipping policy

Order processing
Once you place your order, it is processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. 
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday or on public holidays, will be picked up and shipped on the next working weekday. Orders placed on a Friday evening may take until the following Monday or Tuesday to dispatch. We appreciate your patience.

Delivery timelines
All orders within India are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Timelines may vary slightly based on your pin code and local courier operations. 
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune) usually receive orders within 3 to 4 business days. Other locations may take 5 to 7 business days.

Tracking your order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email and/or WhatsApp with a tracking link and AWB (airway bill) number. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time through our courier partner's website.

Shipping charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. For orders below this value, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout. Cash on delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional handling charge of ₹40–₹60, which will be visible at checkout before you confirm your order.

Failed delivery & re-attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If delivery cannot be completed, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, please reach out to us within 7 days to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment charges may apply. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering.

Damaged or incorrect orders
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Your experience matters to us and we'll make it right.
